- To book an appointment, a deposit of $50 must be made (credit that accumulates toward the treatment). This deposit is to ensure the spaces of each client.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours or a no show to your appointment will be subject to a $50 fine, which is the loss of your deposit or the forfeiture of one procedure. NO EXCEPTIONS including any same day emergencies.
- Follow ups are required fifteen days after any medical treatments. Missing your follow up appointment may result in extra fees.

- After the purchase of any treatment at the spa, it will be valid only for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. All promotions are valid only for 1 month.
