Membership Terms & Conditions
- All active members are eligible to receive one complimentary Birthday Facial during their birthday month. This benefit must be redeemed during the birthday month and cannot be transferred or carried over.
- Membership requires a minimum 6-month commitment.
- Membership fees are automatically charged to the card on file each month.
- Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Monthly membership payments have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
- Membership benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.
- Unused monthly treatments and benefits do not roll over to the following month.
- Discounts and member pricing are valid only while the membership is active.
- Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
- Members must provide at least 30 days’ written notice to cancel after completing the initial 6-month commitment.
- If a payment is declined, membership benefits may be suspended until the account is brought current.
- MG Beauty & Med Spa reserves the right to modify membership benefits or pricing with prior written notice.
- Membership services and benefits may only be used by the registered member.
- A valid credit or debit card must remain on file at all times.
- Upon cancellation or termination of the membership, any unused monthly services and membership benefits are forfeited.
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the included monthly treatment.
